The warranty period is 24 (twenty-four) months for individuals and 12 (twelve) months for legal entities. The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects that have appeared within the respective warranty period. In case of a defective product, at your request, we can either replace it with a new one or refund the full amount.
The warranty is recognized only upon presentation of the defective product plus proof of purchase (cash receipt or invoice) for the respective product.
